Performance upgrades and black screen bug fixed. Improved leaderboard display along with new default profile images.

- Fixed issue when clicking gear icon in chat, then browse page which was resulting in black screen
- Various performance optimisations throughout the application via Laravel Octane
- Fixed issue where gifted subs leaderboard was showing gift value to be added to leader board
- Added default profile avatars and backgrounds as options in the profile settings page
