2FA Improvements, OTP Validation Login, Live Stream Email Notifications

- Fixed user issues with removing 2fa
- Added OTP validation on log in
- Removed streamlabs icon on mobile clips
- Added custom email notifications for when channels you follow go live (notification bell under the live stream on desktop)
- Added green stroke around profile picture on desktop to show when a channel is live (collapsed left side bar view)
- Added ability for creators to choose the timeline of their gifted subs leader board via chat settings on the Creator Dashboard
