What's Happening?

Kick is heading to DreamHack Atlanta, October 4th - 6th 💚

We're hyped rn. So we've cooked up a huge X (Twitter) event.

Doesn't matter whether you're a creator or a viewer. Whether you're heading to DreamHack or not. The whole Kick community can get involved!

Let's Hype It Up

Step 1: Set Your Profile Pic

Update your X picture with our new Profile Live Frame! How do you get one? Easy.

• Option 1: Reply to our post or tag @KickCommunity. Chill... we'll hook you up as quick as we can.
• Option 2: Grab the editable version from our Kick Assets site. If you don't have Photoshop, try a free photo editor like GIMP, Pixlr, Photopea, Krita, or PhotoScape.

Step 2: Add “DreamHack Atlanta” to Your Name

We don't care how you do it, just make sure "DreamHack Atlanta" is in your X (Twitter) name.

Step 3: Link Your Kick Channel

Let us know you're an active community member by linking your Kick channel in your X bio.

Step 4: Rep Kick x DreamHack Far and Wide

Post, reply and engage with the Kick community (or anywhere really) on X as you normally do. Make yourself seen. We'll be keeping an eye out.

Then What?

The Kick team will be dropping 5 gifted subs to randomly chosen community members.

When you're selected... trust, you'll know about it.

If you're chosen but aren't affiliated yet, we got you. You'll score a $25 gift code to use on the Kick Shop.

We're going all the way up till DreamHack Atlanta kicks off October 4th. There's plenty of time and plenty of subs to gift 💚

Kick x Dreamhack Atlanta Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   By participating in Kick x Dreamhack Atlanta Giveaway ("Giveaway"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Organizer
   The Giveaway is organized by Kick Streaming Pty Ltd ("Organizer").
3. Eligibility
   The Giveaway is open to Kick users.
4. How to Enter
   a) The Giveaway Period begins on 5 September 2024 and ends on 4 October 2024 ("Giveaway Period").
   b) To enter the Giveaway, participants must be a Kick user with a linked X account. Participants must:
   i) Change their X profile picture to include the Kick x Dreamhack profile picture frame “Profile Live Frame”; and
   ii) Include their Kick channel link in their X bio section; and
   iii) Add “Dreamhack Atlanta” in their X name; and
   iv) Post or reply on X during the Giveaway Period.
5. Prize
   a) The prizes for participants for the Giveaway are:
   i) 5 gifted subscriptions; or
   ii) Kick Shop gift code valued at $25 USD.
   b) The total prize pool is 100 gifted subscriptions.
   c) The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
   a) Posts or replies by participants during the Giveaway Period will be randomly selected.
   b) Winners will be notified by the Kick Community Team.
7. Claiming the Prize
   a) Winners of gifted subscriptions will have the gifted subscriptions added to their Kick
   account.
   b) Winners receiving a Kick Shop gift code will receive the code via email to the email address associated with their Kick account.
8. Publicity
   By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by the Organizer without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
   a) These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions.
   b) By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.
   c) Participation in the Giveaway is only available to participants aged 18 and over, or 13 and over provided they have parental consent.
   d) The Organizer accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, or delayed entries, and such entries will be void.
   e) The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant:
   i) who does not comply with these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements; or
   ii) where the Organizer believes they have tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway, or acted in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, threaten, or harass any other person,
   The Organizer will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
   f) The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may occur during the entry process or the administration of the Giveaway.
   g) The Organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and without providing any reasons, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway in any manner it deems appropriate at any time and without prior notice. No individual or entity will have any legal recourse against the Organizer or its affiliates for any such change suspension or termination.
   h) All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Organizer shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of a prize.
   i) By entering this Giveaway, all participants waive all right to, and hold the Organizer and its affiliates harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway.
   j) These terms and conditions and any dispute or difference arising out of or in
   connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Victoria, Australia. Kick and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the
   exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria, Australia over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions or the legal relationships established by them.
